At ForComfort, we are committed to delivering premium comfort for your pets as quickly and reliably as possible. We currently operate and ship exclusively within the United Kingdom.

1. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We strive to process and dispatch all orders within 1-3 business days. Delivery times and costs are as follows:

Standard UK Shipping: £3.99 (Delivery within 3-5 business days).

FREE UK Shipping: On all orders over £50.

Priority Shipping: £5.99 (Delivery within 1-2 business days after dispatch).

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons or due to courier delays.

2. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your parcel's journey directly via our courier’s website.

3. Delivery Partners
To ensure your pet's essentials arrive safely, we partner with reliable UK couriers, including Royal Mail, Evri, and DPD.

4. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all addresses within mainland United Kingdom, including Northern Ireland, the Highlands, and Islands. Please note that deliveries to remote areas may occasionally take an additional 1-2 business days.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping outside of the UK.

5. Incorrect Address & Undelivered Packages
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. ForComfort is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery (additional shipping fees may apply).

6. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or if an item is missing, please contact us immediately at info@forcomfort.store with your order number and photos of the packaging. We will prioritize resolving the issue for you and your furry friend.
