At ForComfort, we want you and your pet to be 100% happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we are here to help with a straightforward return and refund process.
1. 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
In the same condition that you received it.
Unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
Free from pet hair, odours, or any signs of wear.
2. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@forcomfort.store with your order number and the reason for the return. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
3. Return Shipping Costs
Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning items unless the product is damaged or faulty.
Tracked Shipping: We highly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. Damages and Issues (Faulty Products)
Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. In these cases, ForComfort will cover the return shipping costs and provide a full refund or replacement.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:
Used pet bedding or toys (unless faulty).
Personalised or custom-made products.
Sale items or gift cards.
6. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
7. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Â
