Yes! You can add dogs, cats, rabbits, hamsters, and parrots. Each pet gets its own profile with individual health history, reminders, and analytics.

You take a photo of your pet or describe the symptoms, and our AI (powered by Google Gemini) analyses the image and provides a health assessment with a severity score and recommended actions. It is not a substitute for a veterinarian visit.

You photograph your pet's stool and our AI analyses it using the Bristol Stool Chart to assess digestive health, colour, consistency, and detect any concerning inclusions. Useful for tracking ongoing digestive issues.

It records your pet's sounds (barks, meows, whines) and uses AI to interpret the emotional state — Excited, Anxious, Playful, Hungry, etc. — and provides a fun first-person "translation" of what your pet might be saying.

COI stands for Coefficient of Inbreeding. It calculates the probability that two alleles at any given locus are identical by descent, using Wright's formula across up to 6 generations. A lower COI means greater genetic diversity and generally better health.

Yes, the core features are completely free. You get a 10-day Premium trial when you register. After that, some advanced AI features require a Premium subscription.

Premium unlocks: unlimited AI scans, advanced pedigree tree (4–5 generations), AI genetic analysis, AI breeding compatibility, voice translator, and priority support.

Subscriptions are managed through the App Store or Google Play. Go to your Profile tab → Subscription to view your current plan. You can cancel at any time from your device's subscription settings.

Yes. We use SSL/TLS encryption for all data in transit and token-based authentication. Sensitive credentials are stored in encrypted secure storage on your device. We never sell your data.

Yes. You can delete individual analyses, recordings, and community posts from within the app. To delete your entire account and all associated data, go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account.

Pedigree nodes belonging to other users are shown with limited public information (name, breed, KC number). Personal details like age, weight, and medical records are always private to the pet's owner.

Check your spam or junk folder first. If it's not there, tap "Resend Code" on the verification screen (available after 30 seconds). Make sure your email address is correct. If problems persist, contact support.

AI analysis typically takes 5–15 seconds. If it times out, it's usually due to a slow internet connection. Try switching from mobile data to Wi-Fi, or vice versa, and try again.

Make sure the image is under 10 MB and is in JPG, PNG, or WebP format. If the problem persists, try reducing the image size or taking a new photo with better lighting.
