How to Delete Your Account

We are sorry to see you go! If you no longer wish to use Pet Comfort, you can easily delete your account and associated data.

How to delete your account:

  1. Open the Pet Comfort app and log into your account.
  2. Go to your Profile settings.
  3. Tap on "Delete Account" and confirm your choice.

What happens next? (30-Day Grace Period)

Once you submit a deletion request, your account will be immediately deactivated and hidden from the platform. However, your account will not be permanently deleted right away. We provide a 30-day grace period in case you change your mind.

  • How to cancel deletion: Simply log back into your Pet Comfort account using your email and password within the 30-day window, and your deletion request will be automatically canceled.
  • Permanent deletion: If you do not log back in during this 30-day period, your account, pets' profiles, health records, and all associated personal data will be permanently and irreversibly deleted from our servers.
